After falling in love with halo mega and the community that surrounds it, I was shocked and fairly outraged to find out that Mattel has since closed down their community websites. All the Promotional content/ instructions/ contest content all gone overnight. And the most impactful of all; there is no longer a central hub for the community. Well, not yet...
THE JANUS KEY PROJECT
The Janus Key Project was initiated by an individual referenced as Junior in early 2022. Junior's mission, as stated on their website, is to create "a website dedicated to helping Halo fans identify and complete their Mega Brand Halo action figures, sets, vehicles and accessories." Their plan is to catalogue all things halo Mega related, from 2009 to the present. HANGAR-117 Pledges to help The Janus Key Project wherever it can.
PROJECT HAGGAR
For those of you who haven't heard about this project. The diligent thing to do would be direct you to this video created by 'PtoPOnline' that explains everything. Project HAGGAR was the second push for a Halo building game. The first reference being "Lego Halo- The Original Trilogy" in April 2008. Way before the Halo mega Bloks franchise.
